Two brokerage house regulators to combine

This deal has been in the works for the past few months, but it seems like now it's finally official. The National Association of Security Dealers and the NYSE's regulating organization are combining forces. It seems that the two had been doing very similar tasks and auditing the same brokerage houses, so the merger seems practical.
