World Cup referee in a precarious position

The referee in the Australia-Croatia game may be on his way out of Germany. And he may never be allowed to referee a game again. The blunders were obvious:
1) he gave a player two yellow cards but didn't eject him
2) he disallowed a goal for no apparent reason
3) he red carded a player after the whistel for no apparent reason.
